Role Overview
We are seeking a Fashion Retail Manager to join our Whangarei store team. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in all operational aspects, including managing the team on their days off.

About You
This is a full-time opportunity (38 hours per week). Your day will start at 8:45 am Monday to Thursday and 9:45 am on Sundays. As Fashion Retail Manager, you will thrive by:
  • SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER WITH OPERATIONAL ASPECTS AND LEADING THE TEAM WHEN THEY ARE AWAY.
  • TRAINING AND COACHING YOUR TEAM MEMBERS DAILY TO ENSURE EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.
  • BECOMING BRA-FIT CERTIFIED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH A PREDICTABLE AND CONSISTENT EXPERIENCE.
  • LEARNING OUR UNIQUE APPROACH TO FASHION RETAIL AND INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THEM FEEL COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT.
  • EXCELLING IN OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS SUCH AS MERCHANDISING, LOSS PREVENTION, STOCK PROCESSING, AND MEETING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.
