Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of participants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert speech therapy services, including assessments, therapy planning, and program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify participants' needs and develop personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Design and implement therapy programs that promote participant independence and well-being
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Foster strong relationships with participants and their families
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- At least 18 months of clinical experience
- Valid full driver's license
