We are seeking an experienced Centre Administrator to join our team at ACG Remuera, an independent, coeducational school located in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the centre
  • Support the Centre Manager by arranging daily centre tours, family interviews, and meetings
  • Assist with office activities and day-to-day operations to ensure effectiveness, work efficiency, and compliance with centre policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with young children, reliability, respectfulness, and personal and professional integrity. They should also have outstanding communication skills, administration experience (preferably within the ECE sector), and experience with the 'Discover' Student Management System.
