Sustainable preservation is one of Arxada's top priorities. This position plays a vital role in leading the site EHS support in the implementation and enablement of Major Hazard Facilities assigned EHS tactical elements.

The successful candidate will provide guidance to the business and implement necessary actions required to deliver outcomes in hazard and risk management within the production and chemical industry.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Day to day management and execution of EHS elements at the Auckland Major Hazard Facility.
  2. Ensure prevention of work-related injury or illness through the provision of an effective behavioral-based safety process and hazard identification systems.
  3. Act as the local EHS subject matter expert for application of Health & Safety at Work Act 2015, Hazardous Substances Act 2017 & Major Hazard Facility Regulations 2016.
