Your Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team in Australia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals to provide holistic care to participants. Your expertise will be invaluable in designing impactful therapy plans and conducting meaningful assessments in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify participants' needs and develop personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Design and implement therapy programs that promote participant independence and well-being
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Foster strong relationships with participants and their families
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- At least 18 months of clinical experience
- Valid full driver's license
