Accounting Operations Role
">This Financial Operations Coordinator position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage multiple business units' financial operations, including cashbook transactions, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
">Responsibilities
">- ">
- Perform accounting functions, including preparation of financial reports, analysis of data, and coordination with the finance team.">
- Manage cashbook transactions, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for multiple business units.">
- Prepare GST and FBT returns, compliance audit reports, and other financial documents.">
- Provide support during absence of Accounting Team members, including month close support and balance sheet reconciliations.">
- Assist with project work to drive process efficiencies and automation of system tasks.">
- Complete daily/monthly cashbook duties, including bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and Deere Netting.">
- Be responsible for accounts receivable, including debtors reconciliations, payment offsets, credit control, and intercompany confirmations.">
- Assist with functional area audit compliance testing as required.">
