About the Job
We are looking for a talented and motivated Support Worker to join our Supported Living team. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

- Providing support for individuals to manage social issues and access relevant community services
- Encouraging individuals to make informed decisions and live a healthy lifestyle
