Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver short-term intervention through focused counselling sessions.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for employees.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

What We're Looking For

  • An empathetic and experienced Counsellor with a strong understanding of mental health concerns.
  • Current APC with NZAC, DAPAANZ, SWRB, or NZCCAT.
  • Tertiary level 7 Counselling or related qualification.
  • Desirable experience in psychological first aid, couples counselling, and working with children and teenagers.
