Role Summary:

The Store Guardian is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment at The Warehouse. This involves implementing effective loss prevention strategies, monitoring CCTV footage, and engaging with customers to address their concerns.

Main Duties:

  • Prevent theft and minimize losses
  • Monitor security cameras to detect potential incidents
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service and address their concerns
  • Upload events onto our crime reporting platform for thorough analysis

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but not required. You should also be comfortable standing for extended periods.
