About the Opportunity

Auckland Council is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to lead and manage a team of compliance staff, providing high-quality and customer-focused compliance services for the district and regional consents that lead to positive environmental outcomes for Auckland.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing workload, responding to ever-changing business needs, mentoring and coaching your staff, enabling them to reach their potential. As an ambassador of customer service, you will drive your team to deliver an excellent level of service ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met.
