We are seeking a skilled medical professional to join our team in providing health care services to the people of the West Coast.
As a Rural Generalist, you will be part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary, and highly skilled team delivering high-quality care to our community.
With your expertise, you will contribute to our rural hospital and community-based services, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Location
The West Coast is a unique and beautiful region in Aotearoa New Zealand. It offers a great lifestyle with opportunities for outdoor activities such as tramping, surfing, mountain biking, and kayaking. Our purpose-built facility, Te Nikau Hospital and Health Centre, provides state-of-the-art healthcare services to our community.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have completed PGY2 and be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You will enjoy working in a family-friendly environment with facilities and schools nearby.
