About the Role
We're seeking a creative, detail-obsessed Design Specialist to be the visual backbone of our brand. You'll design compelling, on-brand content across digital and print platforms, from social media graphics to presentation decks.
Your Responsibilities
- Design digital and print collateral, including flyers, banners, templates, and internal documents
- Create social media graphics, carousels, story content, email newsletters, and campaign visuals
- Update website visuals and support CMS changes
- Maintain visual brand guidelines and ensure consistency across assets
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of design experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere
- Modern, clean design style with a sharp eye for layout and branding
