The Role: As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for handling a range of cargo in our Nelson-based warehouses. This is a full-time permanent position with a rotation across two QuayPack shifts: 6:30am-3:00pm and 2:30pm-11:00pm. You will predominantly work on the afternoon shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
  • Handle a range of cargo with care and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Meet inventory and stock control requirements
  • Be physically fit and able to work unsupervised

What We're Looking For: We need an experienced forklift operator with current certification who is focused on safe work practices and the care of cargo. You should have a thorough understanding of inventory and stock control, be proactive, and able to work independently. You'll also need to demonstrate our ASPIRE values: Accountability, Safety, Passion, Integrity/Honesty, Respect, and Excellence.
