Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Inspire – Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your Profile
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a premium/luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in management.
  2. A strong track record of sales, clienteling, and customer service skills.
  3. Experience managing online fulfilment or a willingness to learn and oversee seamless digital customer interactions.
  4. A balance of professionalism and personality – you know how to lead with warmth, confidence, and style.
