About Our Child Development Specialist Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated occupational therapy graduates to join our team of experienced professionals as child development specialists. As a child development specialist with Early Start Australia, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families to support their development and well-being.

Our child development specialist role involves developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to support the development and well-being of children. You will also collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support the development and well-being of children
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in children's development
  • Provide education and support to parents, carers, and other professionals on strategies and techniques to support children's development
