**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as our Integrated Catchment Programme Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a diverse range of projects to determine how ICM will be effectively delivered at Horizons.

**Key Challenges**

The immediate focus is on establishing processes and setting the stage for successful implementation into the future. Your key challenges will include:

  • Defining objectives and operating principles for ICM
  • Aligning with other initiatives, particularly regarding flood control and drainage challenges
  • Clearly defining investments that can be delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Identifying barriers and enablers for change, including tools and information needs
  • Fostering internal and external engagement to identify opportunities and promote the initiative

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in environmental sustainability and community engagement
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • A strategic mindset and ability to drive meaningful change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in either PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent
