Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Specialty Nurse to join our team in the Special Care Baby Unit at North Shore Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide extended nursing practice functions of neonatal resuscitation and advanced airway management.
- Assess babies with complex needs and recommend treatment options in accordance with policy or clinical pathways.
- Work collaboratively with our neonatal team to plan care and problem solve.
- Take responsibility for the coordination of the unit and provide clinical leadership.
