**Our Vision**

We are seeking experienced and qualified swim instructors to join our team. As a swim instructor, you will play a critical role in teaching children the essential skills they need to stay safe and confident in the water.
**Job Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging swim lessons to children of preschool and school age
- Assessing participant progress and adjusting lesson plans accordingly
- Contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current first aid certificate, a nationally recognised qualification in swim teaching, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be comfortable working with children and able to work positively within a team.
