**The Role**

We're seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Team Member to join our Te Awa store team. As a Retail Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and empowering* Drive sales through effective merchandising, visual displays, and stock management* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction* Develop and implement in-store promotions, events, and visual displays to engage customers and drive sales

**Requirements**

* An absolute passion for retail and customer service* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets* Clear and upbeat communication skills, with the ability to hear your smile* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends* Previous fashion retail experience highly regarded, but not essential
