Job Description
As a Home Care Nurse with Beebe Healthcare, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support. Your expertise and caring touch will help clients receive skilled nursing care tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Follow physician's orders and work under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Provide emotional support and reassurance during health journeys
- Monitor patient progress and ensure accomplishment of patient goals

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum one year recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting
- Home Health experience preferred
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to keep confidential information regarding patients and team members
- Proof of current/valid car insurance
- Valid DL with no more than 3 moving violations
- Credentials: RN - Registered Nurse, BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
