We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Accident and Emergency team as a Health Care Support Worker.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work alongside our experienced nursing staff in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with the duty ENP and other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient care.
- To develop and maintain skills in ECG and venepuncture, with training provided where necessary.
- To contribute to the smooth running of the department by maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety protocols.
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, a caring approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care, coupled with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for continuous learning, would be highly desirable.
