About You:

  • You're a high-performing Intermediate Security Operations Engineer or a Cloud Engineer with solid security chops - who's ready for your next leap.
  • You love getting your hands dirty in technical execution but also enjoy stepping back to look at the bigger picture.
  • You're proactive, clear-thinking, and keen to learn, not afraid of ambiguity and eager to collaborate with a supportive and skilled senior team.
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment where your input actually matters.
  • Bonus points if you've dipped your toes into AI tools or come from a software company where things move fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively on the management and execution of security initiatives that help level-up our SecOps maturity.
  • Support the uplift of SIEM coverage across the full tech stack, working from a high-level design through to implementation.
  • Help define security solution architecture and requirements for IAM (Entra ID), uplifting identity security posture in coordination with IT delivery teams.
  • Help drive an asset management uplift, taking iterative, best-practice aligned steps (e.g., NIST frameworks).
  • Deploy and optimize CSPM tooling across Azure and AWS, working with platforms like Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Wiz.
  • Optionally participate in a compensated on-call rotation.
