About the Role

The Workplace Coordinator Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through on-site workplace services, fostering strong relationships between JLL, clients, and guests.

As the first point of contact, they welcome employees with genuine hospitality and provide thoughtful services. This role serves as the primary contact for all curation and mailroom operational tasks.

An Overview of the Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and minimizing escalations.
  • Manage a wide range of workplace services, including facilities management, event coordination, meeting room maintenance, and technical support guidance.
  • E nsure adherence to workplace guidelines, maintain high service standards, and identify opportunities for service expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team operations, including mailroom and curation tasks, direct report productivity, and performance.
  • Prevent stakeholder escalations for operational tasks and work with the ANZ Experience lead to implement processes and procedures.
  • Foster a positive team culture, provide training on administrative tasks, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
