**Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our vibrant Interdisciplinary Team. As a Community-Based Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to clients.

**Responsibilities Include:*

  • Visiting clients in their homes or clinics to assess their needs and design rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborating with the IDT team to share knowledge and ideas
  • Reporting to external stakeholders as required

**Ideal Candidate:** If you are a motivated Physiotherapist with a passion for making a real difference, we encourage you to apply. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
