We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join us in our fast-paced shopfloor environment. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role As a Retail Team Member - Shopfloor, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales floor team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This will involve restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, and providing assistance to customers as needed. You'll also be involved in receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Restock shelves and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and health and safety guidelines • Receive and process stock deliveries, checking for damage or discrepancies • Assist colleagues with tasks as required, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude • Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements We're looking for someone who is comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting. A background in retail or hospitality would be beneficial, but it's not essential. What's more important is your enthusiasm, positivity, and willingness to learn and develop your skills.
