We are seeking an experienced National Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and embedding a strong safety culture across our organisation, ensuring the effective implementation of HSW policies, systems, and initiatives, and promoting a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across all Playcentres.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk management, compliance and workplace wellbeing initiatives, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Lead a team of HSW Leads and Administrators, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across all Playcentres.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as health and safety, occupational health, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HSW leadership role, with a proven track record of success in implementing HSW strategies and initiatives.
