Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee every aspect of event delivery to ensure client expectations are met at all times.
  • Train and supervise venues staff to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements related to food hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervising events teams.
  • Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
  • Possession of Duty Manager License and First Aid Qualification.
