About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop an understanding of our district's business, including roles, responsibilities, and HR requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting change management processes, drafting communications, and providing expert advice on complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, and mediation. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity and have experience with resolution processes.

You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to the development of our organization's human resources management practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or Business Studies, or equivalent practical experience. Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Additionally, you must possess customer relationship skills and at least 10 years of HR Generalist experience, including 2 years in a Senior HR position.
