Midwifery Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled midwife to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality perinatal care in our rural community.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide expert guidance and support to new mothers, as well as work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide postnatal care to inpatients, including breastfeeding support, education, emotional support, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Offer midwifery care for acute presentations, including labor and birth care, CTG monitoring, and assessing the pregnancy of individuals presenting to the ED with non-pregnancy-related issues.
- Support LMC midwives during labor, emergencies, or when caring for someone who is laboring/birthing when the LMC is not present.
We are a small, supportive team that prioritizes providing exceptional care to our patients. We work closely with the local community and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our services meet the unique needs of our clients.
