Job Description:

Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring that the personal needs of residents are met while promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure smooth operations, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, participating in both internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.
  • Represent the care home in a positive and professional manner in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information.
  • Administer medications and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Report any resident health concerns promptly and facilitate professional visits as necessary.
