About the Role
We're seeking an experienced professional who can coordinate applications, competency documentation, training programmes, and signoff processes for rural professionals and auditors. You'll utilize your digital comfort level (MS Dynamics 365 and PowerBI) and experience working with technical rules and processes. Coordinating programme reporting requirements and internal performance reporting are also essential duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate applications, competency documentation, training programmes, and signoff processes for rural professionals and auditors.

- Coordinate programme reporting requirements and internal performance reporting.
- Process customer programme documentation and customer requests.

Key Requirements

- Administration and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building via phone and email.
- Comfortable with technical processes and digital systems; farming or freshwater knowledge is a plus.
