About the Role
We're seeking an experienced professional who can coordinate applications, competency documentation, training programmes, and signoff processes for rural professionals and auditors. You'll utilize your digital comfort level (MS Dynamics 365 and PowerBI) and experience working with technical rules and processes. Coordinating programme reporting requirements and internal performance reporting are also essential duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate applications, competency documentation, training programmes, and signoff processes for rural professionals and auditors.
  • Utilize your digital comfort level (MS Dynamics 365 and PowerBI) and experience working with technical rules and processes.
  • Coordinate programme reporting requirements and internal performance reporting.
  • Process customer programme documentation and customer requests.

About You
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn and has a passion for farming and the environment. Confidence and the ability to self-source solutions are highly valued as you will need to be decisive and responsive to requirements.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Administration and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in compliance, auditing, and data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building via phone and email.
  • Comfortable with technical processes and digital systems; farming or freshwater knowledge is a plus.
