About the Role

The Kirikiriroa & St Peter's Scout Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a female Kaiarahi (Leader). This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering young people and developing their leadership skills.

As a Kaiarahi, you will be responsible for managing and instructing groups on overnight experiences below the bush line. You will work in partnership with other Kaiarahi to achieve a harmonious and effective team approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality programmes that meet the needs of young people.
