Technical Project Manager

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our OEM enablement projects. You'll oversee a team of software engineers, driving delivery of high-quality products.
This role requires excellent time management, deep knowledge of Linux systems, low-level debugging, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and management ability.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of software engineers.
- Set clear goals and priorities for the team.
- Identify and address team health indicators.
- Maximize team members' results and support their career growth.
- Coordinate with project managers, HWE, QA, and certification management.
- Resolve technical challenges with OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, IHVs.
- Prioritize customer requests globally.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams.
- Travel may be required to various locations.
- A Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably computer science or software engineering.
- A proven track record in technical roles with Linux, preferably Ubuntu or Debian.
- Commitment to development and testing methodologies.
- Experience with management responsibilities.
- Strong English and Chinese language communication skills.
