OEM Enablement Manager

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our OEM enablement projects. You'll oversee a team of software engineers, driving delivery of high-quality products.

This role requires excellent time management, deep knowledge of Linux systems, low-level debugging, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and management ability.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers.
  • Set clear goals and priorities for the team.
  • Identify and address team health indicators.
  • Maximize team members' results and support their career growth.
  • Coordinate with project managers, HWE, QA, and certification management.
  • Resolve technical challenges with OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, IHVs.
  • Prioritize customer requests globally.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams.
  • Travel may be required to various locations.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably computer science or software engineering.
  • A proven track record in technical roles with Linux, preferably Ubuntu or Debian.
  • Commitment to development and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with management responsibilities.
  • Strong English and Chinese language communication skills.
