About the Job

The Head of Active Modes will lead a team of specialists to deliver sustainable modal travel behaviour change programmes and initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve results.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to champion the need for active modes infrastructure and behaviour change as an integral part of our transport system.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Lead a team of specialists to deliver sustainable modal travel behaviour change programmes and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Represent Active Modes in the Senior Leadership team of the PTAM directorate.
  • Work with AT media and marketing teams to promote active modes.
