In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective use of resources. Your ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships will be essential in driving the success of this project.

Required skills and experience:

  • Practitioner qualification and skills in project management, e.g. Prince 2 or PMP
  • Experience in managing IT projects
  • Skilled in project management in a complex and changing environment, translating analysis into practical implementation.
  • Skilled in using a range of project management approaches, e.g. agile and waterfall
  • Able to lead people and manage resources effectively with or without line authority.
  • Skilled in developing relationships, communicating and liaising with senior managers, partners, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, writing and negotiation skills.
  • Able to take evidence and data around complex issues and turn it into insightful advice.
  • Understanding of Information Management practices and requirements under the Public Records Act.
