Kitchen Supervisor Opportunity

Kootenay Tamil Kitchen is seeking a qualified Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a cook or supervisor in a similar establishment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. You must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and lift up to 25 kg.
