Civix Ltd is a leading provider of planning services, and we are seeking an experienced Resource Consents Planner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small to large-scale developments.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing AEEs, conducting site reviews, and assisting with pre-application meetings and initial project set-ups. You will also be required to assist senior staff with complex applications, develop and maintain professional knowledge and contacts, and provide reports and recommendations on resource consents applications.

**Key Qualifications**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Planner in New Zealand
  • Bachelor's degree in planning or a closely related field
  • Holding or being eligible for Graduate or Intermediate NZPI membership
