In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote health, safety, and well-being among vulnerable populations. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing practice within an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and self-care for children and their families
- Visit children and families in their homes to provide specialist nursing care within a case management model
- Advocate, consult, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a New Zealand healthcare setting
- A Postgraduate Diploma in a specialty nursing practice (or working towards this)
- A current APC and NZ drivers' licence
