**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allied Health Leader to join our team as an Allied Health Consultant - Service Improvement Planned Care. In this role, you will provide day-to-day strategic leadership to deliver a sustainable, high-quality service that contributes to the achievement of our organisational goals.

You will work closely with the Director of Allied Health to develop and implement plans to improve Allied Health services, with a focus on promoting inter-disciplinary models of care and ways of working. This will involve providing senior allied health leadership to facilitate the ongoing development of best practice, promoting inter-disciplinary models of care and ways of working, alongside professional and practice development, to optimise the performance of our Allied Health in surgical services.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading service improvement initiatives in Planned Care that relate to overall improvement of planned care delivery across the system. You will also actively seek opportunities to maximise access to healthcare services and outcomes for our patients and their whanau.

  • Experience in a senior Allied Health Leadership position
