The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers to join our growing M&A Tax team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax legislation and case law, as well as a proven track record of advising clients on due diligence and structuring projects on both buy-side and sell-side.

Day-to-day, you will manage and mentor junior tax specialists, stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation, conduct thorough research, and apply findings to provide well-analysed tax opinions and practical advice.

You will also collaborate with other teams within the firm, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and procedures.
