The Role

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Certificated Teacher to join our energetic and tight-knit team in the Tui Room. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for delivering quality care and education to our under 2-year-old tamariki.

Your Responsibilities

  • Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements

  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification.
  • Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending on our children's learning.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki, and hold compliance in a high regard.
  • A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices.
  • Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality.
