About the Job

This oncology clinical coordinator position requires a skilled nurse with experience in Radiation Oncology. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage patient flow through the Radiation Oncology department.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.
  4. Supervise and delegate tasks to other staff members, promoting a culture of respect and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Current Massachusetts licensure and registration.
  • Completion of an accredited school of nursing program.
  • BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current.
  • Experience/Skills Required: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality care.
