Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our organization as President & CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization and overseeing the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of our constituents.
Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement organizational strategies that align with the mission and goals of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Able to navigate complex organizational dynamics and possessing strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to social justice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. A competitive compensation package is available, including total remuneration between $300,000 and $375,000 on an annual basis. Benefits include health, dental, group disability & life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, a Flexible Spending Account, and an employer-sponsored 529 (college/education savings) account.
