Job Description: As a Sales and Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering our company vision by providing our customers with friendly, helpful service. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming customers to our store, listening to their needs, and finding solutions. You will also provide product knowledge to help customers make their selection, ensure the department is kept tidy and well stocked, and provide assistance in our fitting rooms.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a good understanding of retail operations and be familiar with inventory management software. Ideally, you will have at least 1-2 years' retail experience.
Benefits: This is a full-time role that will involve working on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Flexibility is a must through extended trading hours and Christmas. If you are energetic, positive, and have a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.
