**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead and manage the full life cycle of R&D projects/programmes, driving innovation and delivery in product development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project scoping with internal and external stakeholders, establishing communication plans, building project schedules, and defining clear project deliverables and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies, aligning with organisational goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and motivation to drive research rigour and quality
  • Evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with project lifecycle governance requirements, maintaining high standards of technical processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering/project management related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in product development or research projects
  • PMP certifications or equivalent a plus
  • Excellent business acumen, strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
