We are seeking a passionate and motivated educator to join our team as a Session Facilitator. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in facilitating child led play and supporting the growth and development of our tamariki.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Te Whariki and be committed to implementing its principles in their practice. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with tamariki and adults alike. Additionally, they will have a passion for empowering and engaging with all whanau to feel a sense of belonging on our sessions.
In this permanent position, you will work alongside our Centre whanau to open the sessions and guide activities. You will facilitate learning for our members and tamariki while role modelling child led play and positive guidance. You will also support whanau in the use of Te Reo Maori and encourage participation in the Playcentre Education programme to increase qualification levels at our centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to make a real difference in the lives of our tamariki and whanau.
