About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires collaboration with UX/UI designers, UX researchers, business analysts, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating tactical activities to achieve product success metrics and organisational objectives
  • Defining the experience/service design approach for workstreams
  • Planning, running, and analysing qualitative research

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and group facilitation
  • Practical application of Human Centred Design methodologies in financial services or consumer-driven organisations
  • Proven systems thinking experience
  • Experience designing for digital in complex environments
