As a Payroll Data Integrity Advisor, you will be responsible for administering and advising on the recovery of overpayments to employees. This exciting role involves investigating and auditing payroll data integrity to ensure improvements in the accuracy of payroll data collected, held, and managed in the payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and advise on the recovery of overpayments to employees
- Investigate and audit payroll data integrity to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate improvements in payroll data accuracy and completeness
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma Level 6 or relevant work experience
- At least 5 years' experience working with electronic payroll systems and processes, preferably in a large organisation
- An understanding of human resource and payroll-related legislation as it applies to the Health Service
- The ability to interpret and apply collective and individual agreements in relation to pay
- A high level of computer skill and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to undertake shift work if and when needed
