We're seeking an experienced culinary expert to join our Queenstown team. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch BBQ dishes and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we'd love to hear from you.

At RealNZ, we create extraordinary dining experiences in stunning locations across New Zealand. Our chefs work together as a cohesive unit to ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Your Role:

As a Culinary Expert, you'll be responsible for managing the BBQ/grill station, preparing and serving high-quality grilled meats and other dishes. You'll assist the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

You'll also manage stock, handle food supplies, and maintain optimum storage conditions. Following and enforcing all food hygiene and safety regulations will be a key part of your role.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, including grill/BBQ expertise
  • Strong knowledge of food control plans (FCP) and safe food handling
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
