We are seeking an experienced Sports Programme Coordinator to join our team, responsible for delivering programmes that support the long-term athletic development strategy for years 9-13. This role will involve working closely with the Director of Sport, Head of Athlete Development, Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Sports Coaches.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and staff. They will also have practical experience with Athletic Development programmes, expertise in speed development, and suitable qualifications in the sports industry.
